(1) The office will cancel the permit of the land service center in the following cases:-
(a) If the licensee is found guilty by a court of law of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude,
(b) If the registration of an organization that has received a license is revoked according to the prevailing law,
(c) Rule 23c. If the permit is not renewed as per .
(2) The office may cancel the permit of the land service center in the following cases:-
(a) If a permit is obtained by submitting false particulars or documents,
(b) If it is found that false details or documents have been entered and attached to the Geographical Information System,
(c) In case of unauthorized use of the permit by others,
(d) If wrongful information is given to the customer causing damage,
(e) If the instructions given by the office are not followed.
(3) Before canceling the permit in accordance with sub-rule (2), the office shall give an opportunity to the person or organization that has received such permit to submit a clarification.
